I have to remove the USB to hear if I switch it to something else but otherwise they are great. These are very lightweight and good quality. They sound good. Could be a little louder.I had a turtle beach head set. Worked good for a while. Had to get new head set. Tried the newest turtle beach and returned it immediately it was awful and support was worse. So I tried rig and for quality and price I'll keep buying rig for now on. What a difference in a good way. ?I have been using this Rig headset for months at this point in time and really like it! I have given one of the other ones to my best friend who also really likes it, I feel like RIG really nailed it with this headset lineup.Lets start out with what makes it good in my experiences;- Long battery life; With how I play games, I rarely charge this unit one time per 2 weeks.- Comfortable earpads; The pads don't contain anything that makes my skin itch and they are very cushy for long wear times with great breath-ability. My head tends to sweat with most headphones, but not these which is a huge plus!- Great mic; Everyone can hear me clearly on VOIP or through in-game chats, outside noise rejection is also decent as people don't hear my fan for example. Also its detachable which is pretty useful.- Easy connection; Just plug in the dongle and go. I haven't needed to install drivers for any of these devices on PC.- Dongle stays connected with an audio device even with the headset off. Some observations I am not too happy with, but not really specific cons;- Uses Micro USB in a world of USB-C- Charging takes quite a while regardless of charging brick power.- Starts to clip at over 85% volume with some gunshot sounds in games (not really an issue since that is already REALLY LOUD).- Doesn't adjust the way a regular headband does so it has less "options" however most everyone should find a setting that works for them. All in all I really like mine and my buddy really likes his; he plays tons of games and still only charges it once every few days where I charge mine every couple weeks. Audio quality is good enough for basically any gaming sounds, but really not tuned for music. It can be used for music, but it just doesn't sound that great when compared to headphones for music. Finally; if either of my units break I will report back since I use them almost every day.Up for review is the Nacon Rig 700HS. I thought this was still Plantronics, but is now Nacon. The headset is identical to the Plantronics versions. I tested this with PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch (docked) and PC. The headset is versatile and does not have any issues with connectivity in my testing.Pros:-Very comfortable and lightweight, modular frame-compatible with Sony 3d sound on PS5-Sound is balanced and not heavily over emphasized, more on this in cons section-mic is removable-the headset is diverse and can work with multiple systems, I got the soundcard that is the box shape, not the USB dongle in the pictures, it worked the same as usb dongle without issue-can work with people with larger ears, such as myself and be comfortableCons:-battery life is short and volume over 60% will make this come in at roughly 9 and a half hours-soundstage is smaller and that will affect fps and shooters, single player games should be fine though-no eqs to adjust, this can be done while on pc using Dolby atmos eq or a 3rd party eq, but nothing on consoles-the mic sound is passable, but not great by any means, it is nasally and compressed-40mm drivers, larger drivers can add more detail. There's are fine, but lack some Soundstage detail. Average sound, these are very comparable to the Sony 3d pulse wireless headset.-no 3.5mm jack so not xbox compatible.Overall, these work fine on ps4, ps5, switch, and work best for me on PC. I played elden ring and cyberpunk on ps5 and higher volumes can distort a small bit, it's advisable to turn the max volume down within ps5 to 80% to help with that. On switch these work, but volume level was low and not great. On PC, I used Dolby atmos and got alot out of these with my own eqs and they sounded much better. If you own ps5 and pc these can be useful. If your console only and need a ps5 headset, you could do much worse and these feel much better than Sonys 3d wireless headset with comparative sound. I have used this around 40 hours so far and it's good, but not great. Apologies for the long review here. Happy gaming!I quite like this headset, but I can't quite jump fully on board.OK, so the sound is perfectly fine. Is it the best in the world? No. It's $100 sound, which is perfectly fine because this headset retails at $99.99. It delivers exactly what I'd expect: a decent, controlled amount of bass, good clarity in the mids and highs and a respectable though not spectacular soundstage. It sounds good. When it loses me a little is in the comfort. At first, before reading the instructions, I thought the fit of this headset was unadjustable, which was a worry as it felt so small it was pulling my ears upwards. After looking at the quick start guide I found that there are three levels of adjustment achieved by popping the earpieces out of the headstrap and pushing them back in through one of three holes in the plastic. This. Feels. Unpleasant. I'm sure it's designed so that you could adjust them 1,000 times without causing fatigue to the plastic, but that's not what it felt like to me. I mean, it works just fine, but no headphone manufacturer should copy this system. It's cheaper than building an adjustable headband, I'm sure, but it doesn't feel good. All in all this is a solid headset. Apart from the unpleasant adjustment method everything else is just fine.I use these for work for gaming for music for everything. I can’t hear anything besides what I’m listening to. Better than the name brand headphones I got. Sound is crisp and they are easy to set up for whatever device you want to connect to. Battery last me for over a week. Recommend 100%They're RIG's! They're always great!
