Many cords on the market are made with cheap connectors or wires. This product is not like them. Braided cord is like a rope, and the ends are tightly incorporated into it. Pull, yank, or disconnect it properly; doesn’t matter. Greet price too!It’s perfectUPDATE: Made contact with Seller and all taken care of. Have been a Amazon Customer since 2003 and have always had great cusotmer service.Purchased 2 pack in August. I always like to go directly to the seller, but can't find any way to contact. One cable stopped working and suppose to have a 12 month warranty. Trying to figure out how to get replaced.I like the cord length and the easy hookup.Excellent cable. Made sturdy and works as it should.Works great at first, but eventually the end piece that plugs into the controller bends and then eventually breaks off. In the “bending“ stage, it will still work and hold a charge for a while. It won’t charge the controller so you can take it off the charger to use without being plugged in at that point. Picture having to hold the end of the cable in the controller while you play your game or whatever you’re doing on your PS4. It’s quite a pain in the ass. The good thing about it is that it’s a typical android cable, so it’s easily replaceable. I’ve never had an android phone so I don’t know how durable those cables are as far as normal wear and tear with androids go, but I’ve never broken an iPhone/iPad charger. Never come close to having to replace an iPhone/iPad charger, at least not the kind like this with a reinforced braided cable. If it wasn’t for the lousy end piece that breaks so easily, it would be a much better product. The braided cable on it is extremely durable. It appears to be the exact same type of cord Apple (and third party manufacturers who make compatible chargers and adapters) uses.Size actually matters. When a cord is TOO long, well, they simply don't last! The kids break the cords if they are longer than 6 ft in lenth! Basically 6 is better than 10 or 15!Never can go wrong with cable for gifts
