Order came on time..when i opened box and began to put drive in ps4...the drives bottom fell off...the drive was never put back together correctly..the 4 screws to hold the bottom pieces on was missing..i used my screws from old drive..when drive was place in ps4 and turnrd on..the drive made loud noises..i took aoart AGAIN found 1 of the screws that eas supposed to be in bottom..inside drive itself..remived it..put back together..it did work luckily..but yhe screw scratch my sons game disc..how does this happens?
