Installation is fairly quick and easy for this stand, and I do like how it is able to accommodate either the OG or slim versions of the PS5. The console is held to the base using a screw, and keeps everything from toppling over. I like how the ventilation output is to the side of the unit instead of the back. My PS5 is in an entertainment center, and pushing air out of the back would not do much inside of the enclosure.I'm guessing that this stand is keeping my unit cooler, however, I have not taken the time to investigate how to verify this statement. I know it is not powering down due to overheating, so I'm assuming everything is working great. I've been using this for about a month, and my favorite part of these units is he organization aspect of it all. It creates a spot for everything to go, and it keeps controllers charged easily without having to actually plug them in. Overall, this is a very effective setup, and I recommend it!
