While these crossovers are very nice and are a must-have for the Punch Pro line of midrange/mid-bass drivers and tweeters, it's a downright shame that they can handle only 125 Watts RMS, considering the RMS ratings of the Punch Pro line - not to mention the fact that these crossovers each have two sets of "woofer" (midrange/mid-bass) output terminals.I bought this for the Fosgate Punch Pro and did plenty tweaking. On some songs there seems to be distortion from the Punch Pro speakers. The instructions doesn't say if there is a maximum wattage that can be sent on the input it just says the power handling of the crossover.simple instructions within R/F boxing. Crossover itself clearly labeled for quick/easy wiring.Very goodGreat product
