This is perfect for our high volume bar and saves our bartenders at least 30 minutes per day. Just a note - and this was entirely my fault for ordering the wrong one - this blade cuts fruit into 4 wedges, rather than 8. I was able to order an 8 wedge blade to fit, however. Again - the cutter is fantastic! Just be certain to order one wuth the blade you need.
